Historical Foss
In the city of Foss, Oklahoma
The Methodist church meant so much
It’s where John married the sweetest girl
A wedding with a loving touch
Such treasures throughout time
In this old an historical city
The general store as shown here
The folks dressed so classily
Great homes were like mansions
For large families were the norm
So they needed lots of room to grow
Protection from the winter storms
Photos of the horse and buggy days
Here a covered wagon is pictured
A wonderful historical truck
Life back then was pretty restricted
This town will always be special
For John spent the best day of his life
When, in this wonderful church
Elaine became his loving wife!
