as time goes on i miss you more
i miss my parents
who were never there

im sorry that i wasnt ever the perfect child
im sorry that my sister was less wild

im sorry you could never except me since my birth
im sorry that to you i have no worth

im sorry that you always got mad
im sorry i was always so bad

im sorry i didnt stand still when you would hit me
im sorry i ran away when u tryed to whip me

im sorry i cryed every night that you would fight
im sorry that in your life you have no light

im sorry that you think i do drugs when i dont
im sorry that you want me to give up when i wont

im sorry that when i was in pain i called your name
im sorry that i brought you so much shame

im a bad kid so you say.
but maybe, just maybe its the other way.

im the best that i could possibly be.
this you just dont see.

so goodbye i will miss you.
dont be surprised that i dont kiss you.

dont be shocked when im not ther when you need me.
cus truth be told, i wish you the best.
but you got yourself into this mess.

so im running away, never to return
a lesson from this i hope you will learn….
