Mother and Child
We that born new light
Flow in dreams
It is little wonder that the poets tell so much
As they so often need to return”
A face, a clearing into view
Mother!
Tender is she that holds
Rocking, gentle, stare
Gaze the new born
Mother!
Hush my darling
I am aware
There are dreams
There are moments
Too sacred
Too precious for words
Mother!
Hush my sweet heart
Be blessed
I am yours for but a short while
Feel my heart beat as it now dances in yours
Mother!
I know, …. hush, I know
Eternity pools in your eyes
From how many a generation brought your sacred gaze
You
Amaze
Mother!
Yes my love
I can not tell you yet!
You can not tell me what?
I can not tell you yet in words only in touch…I love you!
