PEGGY’S COVE

When I was a little boy I used to play on Peggy’s Cove
I made sand castle in the sand at Peggy’s Cove
Sometimes I watched the ships and the fisherman passing by in his Boat
I traveled to many places before but none was like Peggy’s cove
I had gone through hard and sad times in my life
I came to be with you for the last time
Here is where I will end my life’s journey
Death is painful enough
It is hard when we loose a loved one
Those who remain here on earth will love us and remember us forever
This sad day will never be forgotten
People throw flowers in the water
The flowers washed away in the waters of Peggy’s cove
