Remember: I Love You
Remember: the small moment my heart stopped beating because I thought I had lost you…
Remember: how in that small moment I realized as much as I want you to be invincible…you’re not.
Remember: the sad thoughts and questions that are lingering in my mind, bringing more wonders of what life would be with you gone…?
Remember: how I thought of our promise…. your promise to me “I won’t leave you”…
Remember: my heart sank like a rock, and when it hit the bottom, it almost killed me with its force. “What would I do” I ask myself.
Remember: I’ve never felt so much emotional pain before.
Remember: the knife that pierced my heart, making me cry tears of blood.
Remember: how I didn’t even I never told you enough how much you mean to me. I never told you that your smile lights up my world, I never told you that even though you don’t see it, you are the greatest person I know. I never told you how I really felt…I never got to say “I love you”. Up in heaven, would you have known? Would you realize how I felt, and then miss me?
Remember: you’re still here. Of course you are, you promised you’d never leave me…
