YANKEE STADIUM
The smell of ballpark hotdogs, hot and chewy
The salty taste of peanuts
The sweet taste of Cracker Jacks
The warm, gooey, crunchy taste of Nachos
The sounds of everyone cheering for the home team
The bases are loaded!
Bottom of the ninth!
Two outs
Away team ahead by two
It’s all up to the batter
You can see the tension in the pitcher
Sweat rolling down his forehead
Same with the batter
No balls
Two strikes
The crowd goes silent!
Here’s the pitch!
He hits it!
Going, going, going!
It’s gone!
The crowd explodes and is going wild!
Grand slam!
And the Yankees win!
